Honey Original mixed media work of art. 24" by 24" by 1.25" Acrylic paint and pencil with collaged yarn, vintage international postage stamps on gallery-wrapped canvas. I created this mixed-media collage in reverence for and in recognition of the honey bee, Latin "Apis Mellifera." This canvas, titled "Honey," represents the wonder and excitement of a specific part of this species ’ life cycle, social structure, and unique ways of communicating.
